“I found the Study Day very interesting and educational. The write ups were brilliant and we have decided to use the Epilepsy diary book for a few of our children in the school. Excellent day... I think it would be brilliant to encourage more healthcare professionals to your future courses.”
Sue Barnes, Wiltshire.

Childhood Epilepsy Study Day for Education and Social Care Professionals

This course covers the educational, behavioural and psychosocial issues that may accompany this condition. This study day will be of particular interest to SENCOs, teachers, teaching assistants, support workers, carers, foster carers, social workers and Connexions personal advisors.
Cost: £45 per person, includes refreshments, lunch and comprehensive delegate pack.

“Thank you for a very interesting and informative day. It has made a huge difference to the way I offer support to students in school and has given me the confidence to offer support to staff who teach these students. Surprisingly I also feel I now have great respect for the young people we have in school who are living with epilepsy.”
June Howell – School Medical Officer, Gloucestershire
“I attended the study day at St Piers and found it very interesting and informative. The films about seizures were particularly good. My colleagues were very keen to hear all about what I had learnt at the course.”
Fiona Peters, ICAN Meath School, Surrey
