Diagnostic Assessments
These assessments are performed in the Medical Centre at NCYPE. The main objective is medical diagnosis. This assessment usually includes 48-hours of video EEG telemetry - a means of monitoring electrical activity within the brain - combined with assessment by a paediatric neurologist, epilepsy nurse specialist and psychologist.
