The Consultant Paediatric Neurologists' role at NCYPE is to diagnose, improve seizure control and to help manage difficult and challenging behaviour.

Each child is under the care of a Consultant Paediatric Neurologist. Psychiatric advice is provided by a consultant child and adolescent physciatrist (jointly appointed with Kings College Hospital London). The consultant team is supported by specialist registrars who provide on call medical supervision 24 hours a day.
